A striking 3rd-floor space at Hotel Rafayel wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass over the Thames, with crystal chandeliers and a connected outdoor terrace. It holds up to 150 standing, 120 for a banquet, 45 cabaret-style, and works as a boardroom for 12+. Floor area is approximately 222 sqm (2,390 sq ft).

The room and its setting, full AV (projector and screen, wireless microphones, sound and dimmable lighting), a fully stocked and staffed bar, flexible configuration reset by our team, the connected terrace, and a dedicated point of contact managing your booking from enquiry to event day. Catering is arranged through Hotel Rafayel's kitchen.

Yes. The space has a fully stocked, staffed bar with a late licence, ideal for drinks receptions and evening events.

Deposits are non-refundable, and full cancellation terms — including notice periods and any balance due — are set out in your booking agreement.

Absolutely. Bring your own suppliers — DJ, band, photographer, florist — and set the room up exactly as you want it with the help of the hotel team.
Food and drink are the exception: all catering is provided through Hotel Rafayel's kitchen and all drinks through our bar, so these can't be brought in.
