Corporate Days - How Booking Works

Thank you for your interest in a CheckMate Corporate Day. Days are run by CheckMate Experiences Ltd and built around your team, so each is quoted individually. The summary below explains how booking works; full terms, tailored to your booking, are provided and agreed before it's confirmed.

How it works

• Get in touch with your group size, preferred date(s) and what you have in mind.

• We'll confirm availability and send a tailored quote along with our full terms.

• Your day is confirmed once a deposit is paid and the terms are agreed and signed.

Booking ahead — We'd suggest around a month for larger groups to secure availability, but get in touch and we'll do our best whatever your timeline.

Deposit & payment — A deposit of 50% secures your date, alongside agreed and signed terms. The balance is due in advance of your day, as set out in your booking agreement. Deposits are non-refundable; full cancellation terms are set out in your agreement.

Insurance — For some events we may ask you, or your suppliers, to hold appropriate public liability insurance and to provide proof before confirmation. Our insurance covers our own operations, not the activities of attendees.

Giving back — 10% of every corporate booking fee helps fund community sessions in the same space. See our community pledge.

Full terms — This page is a summary only. Complete terms — including cancellation, liability, insurance and, where relevant, off-site and alcohol provisions — are provided with your quote and must be agreed before your booking is confirmed.
